What to check in your municipality
Amount per person per night and per type, exemptions (typically under 14, sometimes over 65 or disabled guests), maximum taxable nights, declaration and payment deadlines. It's all in the municipal regulation, to re-check every year.
Correct registration
Count night by night and guest by guest, never flat on the stay: only then do exemptions and caps add up. Writing it on the folio by hand is the first source of errors.
