Data processing agreement (DPA)

On request, Scunio signs an Art. 28 GDPR agreement with every customer property: purposes limited to service delivery, declared sub-processors, assistance on data-subject rights and breaches.

Hosting on EU servers with daily backups and encryption in transit and at rest. Role-based access and audit of sensitive operations.
